All of the items in my shop are handmade and designed by me. I use sterling silver and semi-precious cabochon stones. I appreciate your interest in my jewelry and your business greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, feel free contact me. Thank you!

Shipping

I ship items only after payment is received and currently only to US customers. I ship all items with USPS Priority flat rate that includes tracking. I only ship Mondays through Fridays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive and email with tracking information. If you would like any other type of shipping, please let me know when you place your order. Thank you!

Returns & Exchanges

I hope you will be delighted with your purchases! However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I will gladly offer and exchange or store credit after receiving the order back in its original condition.
Additional shipping will be charged. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery to start this procedure. We can work something out to our mutual benefit.

If your jewelry breaks due to normal wear, I will be glad to try to fix it if possible.

Contact me immediately if your jewelry is damaged upon delivery.

Custom Orders

I am not currently accepting custom orders. My work is released in collections. I update my website with my new work several times a year and it can sell out quickly. I will post collection release info on my Facebook page DebbieHigdonJewelry and on my Instagram account, @Debhjewelry.
